Terms and Conditions for Website Users

1. Information Sharing/Re-selling

By using the website and inputting personal information the user understands that ClickRealty™ will use such information for internal purposes only with your permission or upon your request may also provide that information to affiliated companies or persons. Click Realty™ takes care to see that the user information is not transmitted to unauthorized persons or the general public but is not liable for such transmissions due to theft, hacking or software errors.

2. Information Aggregation

ClickRealty™ is not responsible for any errors in displayed information or delays in displaying information. All of the information on the website is either transmitted to ClickRealty™ from other entities or persons or was obtained through publicly available government sources. Issues of data accuracy may be brought to the attention of ClickRealty™ by emailing info@clickrealty.ca. It is however unlikely that such information accuracy cant be corrected by ClickRealty™ thus the entity or persons that generated the information must be appealed to directly. For example information provided by third party data sources such as MLS^® and Google.

2.1 Days on Click Realty Website

The "Days Listed" value is measured from the date the listing is activated on the ClickRealty™ website not from date in the MLS^® listings.

3. Registered Trade Marks & Third Party Trademarks

"Click Realty™", "ClickRealty™", "My Click™" and the "Click Realty Logo™" are Canadian registered trade marks held by (Click Realty Holdings Ltd.). All inquiries specific to trade marks held by (Click Realty Holdings Ltd.) should be directed to info@clickrealty.ca.

ClickRealty™ has made every effort to display and represent Third Party Trade Marks as they were intended to be represented by the Third Party. If you identify a discrepancy in the trade mark representation please bring the error to the attention of ClickRealty™ by notifying ClickRealty™ at info@clickrealty.ca.

3.1 ClickRealty™ for Mobile Applications

Mobile Tablet and Smartphone applications are soon to arrive.

4. Web Scraping of Listings & Property Data Is Strictly Prohibited

Active search/crawling of the ClickRealty™ website and other affiliated websites is allowed for inclusion of web search engine results only. Web scraping, downloading, or web crawling of any property or other data for inclusion in another real estate site, content aggregator, or any other purpose is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from ClickRealty™.

5. Google Maps

the ClickRealty™ website uses Google Maps, Please review the Google Privacy Policy, / Google Legal Notices and Google Terms of Use.

5.1 Cookies

By using this website and inputting personal information the user understands that he or she may acquire cookies or other computer files that ClickRealty implements to identify website users.

5.2 Google Analytics

8. Real Estate Services

ClickRealty™ is a registered and licensed real estate brokerage in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Website users may make requests for home tours, real estate agent contact, help with selling or buying real estate (homes) or other related inquiries. By making such requests the website user is authorizing ClickRealty™ to share the user's personal information including their home search inquiries and history, favourites saved, and saved searches with a licensed real estate professional or other entities in order to satisfy the user's request. When making such request to ClickRealty™ the user is extending an express invitation for ClickRealty™ or other appropriate entities or person to contact the user.

9. Registering an Account or Distinct Identity with ClickRealty™

By engaging ClickRealty™ with the registration of an account or creating a distinct identity, the user is agreeing to the follow terms and conditions.

(Your agreement with ClickRealty™ does not bind you to work with ClickRealty™ unless the appropriate documents have been signed and acknowledged by both the User and authorized represenatives of ClickRealty™).

• You enter into a lawful consumer broker relationship with ClickRealty™.
• Any information you obtain from the ClickRealty™ website is intended for personal not commercial use.

• You have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate on the ClickRealty™ website.

• You will not copy or reproduce or retransmit or redirect any of the information accessed except in connection with your implicit consideration of the purchase, sale or lease of an individual property.
• You acknowledge that the individual multiple listing service MLS^® which supplies the listing data owns such data and thus acknowledge the validity of the MLS^® copyright policies of such data.

10. Disclaimer and Limitations on Liability

ClickRealty™ intends that the information contained in the website be accurate and reliable, however errors sometimes occur. Changes and improvements to the information contained within this website may be made without notice by ClickRealty™.

This website and the information, software, products and services associated with it are provided "as is". ClickRealty™ and/or it's suppliers or real estate professionals disclaim any warranty of any kind, whether expresses or implied, as to any matter whatsoever relating to this website and any information, software, products and services provided herein, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. 12. Disput Resolution by Binding Arbitration

This Agreement provides that all disputes between you and ClickRealty™ will be resolved by binding arbitration. You thus give up your rights to go to court to assert or defend your rights. You also give up your rights to participate in or bring a class action suit against ClickRealty™. Your rights will be determined by neutral arbitrators and not a court with regional jurisdiction.

13. Reciprocity Program

The data relating to the real estate listings on this web site comes in part from the MLS^® Reciprocity Program of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver or the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board . Real estate listings held by participating real estate firms are marked clearly with the MLS^® Reciprocity Logo and detailed information about the listing includes the name of the listing brokerage. This representation is based in whole or part on data generated by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver or the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board which assumes no responsibility for its accuracy.
